How to create a workflow form where one user is unabel to see the field section of other users?

    is this feasible?

The 1st person is the team member and will evaluate themselves. They should not see the supervisor's input areas. Triggers email to supervisor.

The 2nd person is the supervisor who reviews the employee. Triggers email to approver.

The 3rd person is the approver who approver's all the responses and submits. Upon submission, this should send off a PDF to the supervisor with a clean format of the entire assessment. (maybe a mail merge)

    Hello mlin,

Please be noted that there is no built in workflow feature available but with a little workaround it is possible to achieve your requirement.

You can take advantage of our "Condition" feature to show hide form fields based on role (supervisor / approver). You may like to take a look at the following thread where I have explain this in detail:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/401633

In the above thread, I have explained for 2 person but you can added the 3rd one also similarly.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Does the first user actually press 'submit'? My issue seems to be that the first person presses submit and that counts as the final submission. Any submissions after that don't trigger the email conditions.

    Hello mlin,

I did check your form and found that you have only added autoresponder email alert. Please be noted that autoresponder cannot be triggered when the submissions are edited and is sent when the form is submitted initially.

To solve your problem, I would suggest you to replace all your autoresponder email alerts with notifiers and that should solve your problem. The "Recipient Email" address of your form's condition to send submission emails will remain same. Example: Your notifier 1 "Supervisor Notification" will still send email to "{supervisorsEmail}"

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Awesome. I'll give that a try.

    Another question.

If I choose to use Zapier to trigger a mail merge upon submission, is there any way I can only have it trigger on the final submission? Or is there some way to differentiate that submission to Zapier?
