I have read the forums which all indicate using iForm. I have tried that and still cannot successfully embed my form onto my GoDaddy page. Any other suggestions? I've tried the embed script and a few other options. It keeps coming up blank, except for when I tried Source. Source showed up but with all of the formatting wrong and a bunch of bullets. Please note that the URL below is still using the old Adobe Central form.

Hi,
Use our iFrame method without the script tags.

See this visual guide (remove the highlighted codes):
If it's not working, try re-embedding the form using our SSL Method: https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions.
Thanks
