I am having difficulties while trying to integrate Mailchimp with Jotform

I insert the Mailchimp API key, and than this window pops up - please advise what shall I do, or what do I insert in email field?

You should first create a form in the form builder. Make sure to use the fields such as the Full Name and Email from the Quick Tools section:

Then integrate the form to MailChimp right inside the form builder. Here's a guide:
