We have a campaign every year that needs to be sent to 300+ people.

Submissions, is counted by every response on a Form? or Each Form sent is a Submission?

IF i only use this on July every year, can i just paid for July every time i need it? Is there a way to download the pack of answer as a zip or so? (export)

    Thanks in advance,

Submissions are counted as the number of times people have filled out your form and clicked Submit to submit their data. The number of allowed submissions on each plan is the total number of submissions you may receive in one month for all your forms combined.

Yes, you can freely upgrade and downgrade your account as you wish. You can upgrade for just one month each year, all your data will remain available to you after downgrade, as also described in our FAQ page.

If you wish to use your account this way, you will have to remember to Cancel your subscription each time after your account has been upgraded. So if you upgrade your account on 1st of July, you must cancel your subscription any time before the end of July, and you would not be charged again for August. Cancelling takes effect after your paid time runs out (so you would be on a paid account until 1st of August in our example).

You can also Export-Form-Data-to-Excel, and also you can Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.

Please let us know if you need further clarification or assistance, we will be happy to help.

I assume that you are asking about having a commercial account that you will be able to let your customers / clients benefit from and use on JotForm. If this is the case, you can upgrade your own account and Share-Forms-with-Sub-Account-Users that would be your clients JotForm accounts.

Alternatively, you can also set up your forms that will receive submissions in the name of your client. You can then forward data from your form submissions directly to your clients in many automated ways, such as:

    1. Setting up Email Notifications on the forms to send submission emails directly to your clients.

    2. Setting up submission reports, which your clients can download at their convenience. The report will always include the latest data at the time that you go to download it.

    3. Setting up various integrations to forward submissions to these third parties, such as FTP-submissions, Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Spreadsheet, etc.

I hope that this information helps.
