Why when you embed a registration form on a webpage does it not work at full capacity? For example, when there is a condition set up?

For example: when there are conditions set up for the choices on a radio button or check the box part. See:

"please specify and continue registering below" or see "payment options"

Since your form is embedded using the full source code, something in your page may be interfering with the form.  Try replacing your current embed code with the iFrame code to see if that helps:

That should allow your form to function properly while embedded to your page.
