How to import data from custom records to a JotForm?

    5. How can we import data to prepopulate fields if for e.g. an existing client enters his ID number and certain fields are pre populated?

    I do not think that this could be possible to achieve in the Form Builder, you will need to get the source code of your form and then add the necessary Javascript codes to accomplish what you want.

    Okay, so I would I be able to pull information from an application by adding javascript code?

    After getting the full source code of the form, you can add or customize everything on your form, so you can use custom JavaScript app to get data from outsource; but as it is seen, this method is a advanced one.
