The last email successfully received was on a form submitted on May 2nd. I checked the system and see that there have been multiple forms submitted from two of my forms which were missed due to the lack of email notifications while I was travelling.
I just went in to each of my forms and filled out each one of them and have received ZERO email notifications which is NOT acceptable. I had this problem with my email submissions before and it was suggested I use a different email address which is not acceptable to me. If I wanted to waste time by checking multiple sites for submissions, I would just log in to jot form and look there.

We apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused. I just reviewed your email and found it in our bounce list.
I have remove it from the list. You should be able to receive notification properly now. If for some reason this occurs again, you may always check our list and remove the email in question from your: ACCOUNT->SETTINGS->BOUNCE LIST page

How did it end up on the bounce list? Companies SHOULD get a notification that this is happening rather than just noticing that they are no longer receiving forms....
