duplicate submissions

    When I fill out a form and submit it, it goes through fine, but then when I reopen my browser on my phone it opens to the last page I was on which  is often the verification page which shows the last form I submitted went through and then it resubmits the form. I have clients saying they are getting triplicate copies of forms and I am getting notifications well after the form has been submitted. I think this is causing the number of submissions we are getting to be falsely high as well as annoying our customers.

    Hello,

    You can try enabling unique submission check but I think this is not suitable for your case since your customers may want to submit your forms several times. If you want to try that here is the guide:

    You can also try using Captcha to prevent auto submissions when the page re-opened in other devices that browser accounts are connected.

    After trying these if you still encounter duplicated submissions issue, please contact us again in order us to investigate the issue further.

    I see that you have accessed your submissions limit. You need to delete some submissions to activate your forms again. your forms are not working right now.
