How to set full form size?

    How do I fix the attached please? The full form is not showing?

    Hello,

    I have checked your form and cloned it on my side in order to test it.

    I have injected the following CSS codes into your form in order to make wider the labels:

    .form-all{

    width: 700px !important;

    }

    .form-label{

    width: 300px !important;

    }

    Please check the screenshot below to see how your form changed after injecting the CSS codes:
