I just spent an hour creating a new contract and it said it was pre saved and it wasn't.  #OVERIT

New potential client leaving now....have a nice day!

I have checked this form https://form.jotform.com/63356089113153 and I can see the last change was made 4 hours ago, and for this form https://form.jotform.com/63355557366162 the last and unique change was made 5 hours ago.

You can also check the changes history for your forms by following this guide: How-to-view-form-revision-history

I have checked also on our records and I can see the last change was made indeed 4 hours ago, could you please check the log for your form and find if the change appears there?

Please while editing your form make sure you're logged in, sometimes when the session is expired changes are not saved, but if you noticed changes were saved then they should appear in the revision history.

Thank you, Kevin.  It does look like my work was not retained when I click on the links your provided.  Thank you, anyway.

    Apologies for any inconvenient.

I have now checked your form and for the one with ID "63356089113153" it shows there was an update 1 hour ago.

For this form "63355557366162" I can see the last change was on December 1st, unfortunately, if changes are not present in the revision history there is not a way to get back to that version.

What I would suggest you is to also check the web console while you're working on your form and you notice changes are not saving, this will help us to know what can be causing the problem.

Here're some keyboard shortcuts that will help you to get the console:

    Google Chrome:

    Mac: Command + Option + J

    Windows: Control + Shift + J

    Firefox:

    Windows: Ctrl+Shift+K

    Mac: Command+Option+K
