Hey,
I would like to downgrade my account, cause I stopped building sites, and everybody is transferring or updating their sites.

I see that you are subscribed to a Premium Monthly plan which is already an old plan. We understand that due to some instances, you need to downgrade your account. We would just like to remind you that when you downgrade your account and have decided to upgrade again in the future, you may upgrade to our new plans that are available.
You can downgrade your subscription back to free by going to the Billing section of your accounts page.
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
Then,
You will get a confirmation message after your subscription has successfully downgraded.
Once you've downgraded your account, you will no longer be charged monthly for your Premium subscription.
