    My Account is gestionepoint@tiscali.it i can send the payment whit Paypal, but your sistem accept credit card

    you can accept paypal ?

    If you upgrade your account you will be asked if you want to use your PayPal account or credit card for the payment method.

    However, I see that you are already subscribed to Bronze Monthly and to my understanding you are using your credit card but you want to use your PayPal account instead for your payment, is that correct?

    I would suggest you downgrade your account first back to free subscription.

    Once you click the Starter plan from the Billing section of your accounts page, you will be asked to confirm the cancelation

    Then, once your account is already downgraded, you may re-upgrade it again using your PayPal account.

    I receive the offer 50% bronze i click for pay whit paypal but
    request credit card
    i can buy at 50% sales whit paypal

    Thank you for your additional feedback.

    However, I did not find anything related with this %50 discount offered to you.  I checked your invoices and and pricing page but you are a paid user in usual amounts, not discounted one.

    I also checked your mail log and did not see any e-mail sent by JotForm for this discount issue. Could you please provide us more detail about your %50 discount? 

    In addition to that, your next billing date is 3rd December.  If you want, I will cancel your current subscription which is processed by credit card now and you can upgrade your account once again by choosing Paypal gateway. If you think that there is an issue for processing payment with Paypal, please provide us the screen shot of the error you get during this process.
