Forms are not be forwarded to our email account.

    This is happening every week, as the forms just stop coming into our email account.  Is there an internal issue on Jotforms end that is not be resolved.

    Apologies for any inconvenience. I have checked the email address set to receive the email notifications when your form is successfully submitted. And just like your previous reports here in the support forum the email address is on the bounce list again for the same reason.

    Result: is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host


    I have removed your email address from the bounce list.

    You can also do this in the future by yourself following this guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    However, I would suggest you also try to check this with your IT or with your email service provider and ask them what might be causing emails from Jotform server to be rejected on their end. You can also ask them what should be done to rectify this so it will not happen again.
