How to send the payment information to Salesforce?

My form records membership information.

First the user chooses the level of membership he wants (there are three levels).

Each level of membership has a different cost. The choice is made by clicking on a radio button.

If you look at the form, this will be clear.

My problem is that I need to record the value of the membership (30€, 60€, or 10€) in Salesforce and I don't know how to access this value (the radio button choice) and make it correspond with a Salesforce field.

I'd greatly appreciate your help with this.

I understand that you want to send the payment field information to Salesforce? If so, unfortunately, it is not possible to match the payment field with any field in the Salesforce. If you need to send the product information to the Salesforce, you may consider adding the product information to a checkbox field and assign calculation values to the options and add a calculation field to calculate the total. Then you can pass the final total to the payment field by custom amount option.

This can help in sending the checkbox options to the Salesforce and also receive the payments normally.

Thanks for the advice. I will experiment with this.

I didn't use check boxes because there can only be one choice for subscription type. I'm afraid that some users might click more than one subscription and then there will be problems.

Another possibility. If I stick with radio buttons and know which button was clicked, then I will know the amount (button 1 = 30€, etc.) and store it in an invisible field, which I can then map onto a Salesforce field. Would this work? If so, how can I know which button was clicked?

You can actually limit the number of choices on a checkbox field. Please see how you can do it:
