How to assign calculation values to the fields and calculate them?

Good day, I want to create a form that provides an adjudicator with the option of assigning a number from 1-10 for the each of the questions related to the nomination, then multiplies that number by a percentage of overall value that that question is assigned, and adds up each of the categories at the end of the form

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Assigning calculation values to the fields and calculating them at the end is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, add a Multiple Choice or Single Choice element, go to the Options tab, toggle on the Calculation Values, and enter the values of each of the options.
2. Then, add a Form Calculation Widget, and add or perform any other operations on the fields.
