i set up a form and have been using it for several months.  I have 29 submissions, most or which were test submissions in debugging the form.  I see that I can only have 100 submissions with the free account.  What happens then...or is it set up as 100 per month.

With a free account, you can receive up to 100 monthly form submissions, or up to 10 payment submissions per month if you are using one of our supported payment tools for receiving payments.

When you reach your monthly allocated quota, your forms will be temporarily disabled until the counters reset on the first day of next month.

So far this month, you have received only 1 submission, which means that during this month you can receive up to 99 more submissions, or up to 10 payment submissions, whichever is reached first.

There is also another submission limit for free accounts, which is that free accounts can store up to 500 total submissions in their account at any given time. With this total limit, your forms will not be affected in any way once you reach it, but as you receive new submissions your oldest ones would be automatically deleted to make room for the new ones. Essentially, free accounts can never go over the 500 submissions because as soon as they receive submission number 501, their oldest submission number 1 is deleted and they still have 500 total submissions in the account.

If you need more submissions than is allocated for free accounts, you can either subscribe to one of our paid plans, or you can use our Get More reward program to get a permanent increase in the number of monthly submissions you can receive:
