Is there a way to pass field data after form submission to Paypal?

    Hi,

I've looked around and found a similar question from years ago so I'm asking it again in the hopes that things have changed.

Is there anyway to pass the jotform information to paypal so that users don't have to fill in the same info (name, address, etc..) twice?

As it stands, they fill out the jotform, click submit to login to paypal and then have to fill out the paypal form with the same info.

    Thanks

Hello again, I'm afraid that's not possible. I also browsed around previous threads asking similar questions and most of the threads that were escalated as a feature request were not approved.

IMHO, I think the reasoning behind it was because there will always be instances when the user/respondent filling out your form may have a different billing address they use in Paypal compared with the address they fill out on your form. On top of that, most modern browsers have a built-in autofill feature so users don't need to re-type everything on the Paypal checkout form.

I believe the current setup works better and makes more sense in real-world scenario. Most users always tend to fill out the Paypal checkout form whenever they shop or pay online anyway, regardless if they already have the info on the previous page (whether it's JotForm or not).
