Is this happening on your live form? I made several tests on Safari browser simulator, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I am also not able to replicate it in other browsers.
Is this happening on your standalone form or on your embedded form?
If your form is embedded, please provide us URL of your webpage.
You can also try to test your form on some other device. If you are able to enter text correctly on other device, than most likely issue is related to your browser cache and you can clear it to resolve your issue.
