    I want to cancel my paid subscription.

    I see that you are currently subscribed to Premium Yearly plan $90.00 until February 2017.

    Please be informed that you can cancel your subscription from your account.

    Here's how:

    First, log in to your account.

    On the MyForms page, click the "User Menu" icon and click "Account".

    Then, on the Accounts page, click "Billing".

    On the billing section of the accounts page, click the "Starter (FREE) plan" to downgrade.

    Then, you will be prompted with the following message to confirm your cancellation.

    Once you confirm and clicked the "Cancel Subscription" button, you will again be prompted with another confirmation message saying that your subscription is canceled successfully.

    Please be reminded that if you cancel your subscription, you will already lose the plan and will no longer be able to get it back if you decided to subscribe again since it is already an old plan.

    If you have questions or if you need any assistance regarding this, please feel free to contact us again anytime and we will be glad to help you.

    Thanks for your response. 

    I see that you were paying under an old payment service (BlueSnap). As requested, I have now canceled your subscription. Your account will stay Premium until February 14, 2017. After this, your account will automatically be downgraded to Free.
