How do i make it so the heading is included in the submission for when it is sent to Email or PDF.

To show the headers and text in the PDF submission, please follow our guide here: How to Show Headers and Text in the PDF.
As for the emails, you will have to copy and paste the headers in the body of your email notification/autoresponder to include it there.
