I checked your form and the email notifications that you have set on your form but the emails were not in the bounce list. I also checked the activity logs on your account, I can see that notification emails are being sent successfully to email@example.com.
You can also check it by following the instructions provided in this article: How to View Your Account Activity Logs.
If the emails are still not being received, please check your spam folders as well.
