Restore Deleted Contact Form

    I accidentally deleted my contact form a few minutes ago 2:50 pm CST.  I desperately need it back.  How can I restore it?  Thanks for your help.

    Hello @austinhr, I checked the page you included on your post http://austinhr.com/contact-austinhr/ and confirmed this is the Contact Form you're referring to https://www.jotform.com/42997202836160

    I can see the form on your website, I can view it in its stand alone version and it's listed on your My Forms page as well.

    I can only assume you managed to figure out How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms but just in case you need more help, don't hesitate to let us know.
