When someone clicks on the Jotform on our website, they receive a message that the form is over quota.

 What does this mean?  Never happened before.  What is over quota?

It appears that your account massaginclassroom has exceeded the limits of payments received per month. Free accounts can receive 10 payments from their forms per month, and since your account has exceeded that limit, your account is now over quota.

To resolve this, you will have to wait until the first day of the next month (January 1st) for the submission counter to reset to 0. Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade your account to one of our subscription plans to increase the limits on your account.
