How many paypal payment submissions are allowed?

Free accounts can receive a total of 10 payments each month. Once you exceed that limit, your forms will be temporarily disabled so you will not be able to receive any more submissions/payments.

You will have to wait until the first day of the next month for the submission counter to reset to 0. Or you can choose to upgrade your account to one of our plans to increase the limits. You can check out our pricing plans here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
