We would like to use this for people to signup for our events and classes. How can I set up the information to be put into a database like Access?

Yes, you can forward data from your forms into your own database. This will require a bit of custom PHP coding, where your web developer will need to write PHP codes for forwarding the data you receive from the forms into your own database. Please see the following guide for details about this kind of setup:
https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
You cna also use Webhooks and custom PHP page as well:
https://www.jotform.com/help/245-How-to-Setup-a-Webhook-with-JotForm
https://www.jotform.com/help/248-Webhook-PHP-Script-Examples
If you do not have a web developer to create the PHP codes for you, and you wish to forward your submissions into an Access database, you can also easily export your submissions into Excel any time you need:
https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
And then import them from Excel into Access:
Please try them out, and let us know should you need further clarifications or assistance. Thank you.
