I am trying to upgrade to Silver with a cc but it doesn't populate for a card number?

    If I click to pay by purchase order it will take me to the next box, but if I click to pay by CC it does not react.

    If you want to pay with CC, you must also click on "You agree to our Terms...." check box

    I am checking that box as well, but then the entire box just disappears...

    I checked the Pricing page and the Billing page to see if I can replicate the issue. However, it appears that the upgrade button works fine on my end. I am able to enter my credit card details after checking the "Terms" box and clicking Upgrade.

    Were you trying to upgrade from the Pricing page? If so, please try upgrading from the Billing page instead. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. May I also ask which browser were you using when you encountered this issue? This would help us investigate the issue further.
