My website doesn't work on any forum other than a laptop or computer, no mobile device

Hi there

 

My jotform link is redirected to a site and it will not work on a device that is mobile - ipad, tablet, iphone etc.  Do you have any ideas why this is?

Hello Karen,

I'm not sure if this is a relevant issue to the concern that you are raising but when I viewed your page, the form is not showing up. I noticed on your page that you are using frameset. Also, you are using a regular HTTP protocol when viewing the form, but on your frame source, it uses HTTPS, please change the HTTPS in the source to HTTP in order to fix the view of your form on the page.

In any case, both on my laptop and my mobile device, visiting your page results to a blank one. But if this is not what you mean, please let us know.

How am I supposed to change that when that is what is given to me when I
save my form?

Hello Karen,

Please note that now all form are by default SSL. When you grab your form's direct URL or embed code, it will always use SSL.

Have you solved your problem already? I did check your website and found that form is being displayed correctly in laptop as well as mobile devices. Please check the screenshot below:

I have based on your comments:

I divided your issues into three:

#1- Redirect users to a website after they submit your form

#2- Mobile Responsiveness Issue  

#3- How to change form link 

#1- First of all, you can redirect submitters via Thank You Page to an external website when they submit your form. However, you need to set your external website link in your Thank You page "Redirect to external link".

Currently, submitters see your Thank You page message shown in below image:

#2- I have noticed that you are not using Mobile Responsive widget in your form. Please have a look at the videos below to see the difference.

You can add Mobile Responsive Widget into your form to make your form more responsive.

#3- Finally, you can create a custom URL of your form.
