How do I keep getting in the bounce email situation? Is it because it's aol?

Generally, the email addresses are added to the bounce list if the emails sent are repeatedly failing to deliver to the address. This may be also possible due to the strict DMARC policy of AOL. Please refer to the blog post below from AOL about their DMARC policy.
