    Dear Madam/Sir,

Yesterday, I purchased the bronze plan to allow uploading large files (5-10 Mega). Unfortunately, it is still not available. From the plan's description, I understand that there are not a limitation for file sizes.

Is that due to delay caused by delivering payment between banks or there is some limitation for file sizes?

    Thanks,

    Olzan

Hi Olzan, you can change the allowed size of the files you want to have uploaded by following this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

You can certainly increase it to above 5-10MB, all the way up to 1GB. However, for practical reasons, we recommend using smaller upload size limits. For example, you can set up your File Upload fields to allow up to 20MB per submission, and it should work fine for the file sizes you mentioned you were expecting. To set up a 20MB limit, you would enter it as 20480 kB:

Please try it out and let us know should you need any further assistance.
