My form isn't working on my website - says Please Wait...

I have a form on my site and it was properly used once, but now when you hit send, it says "please wait". Can you please help me out with this?

I cloned your form and tested it on my end, but I am unable to replicate the problem. I presume it is somehow related on how your form is embedded on your website.

Could you please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code instead? You can get your form's iframe code by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code. Make sure to remove the old embed code before adding the new one.
