Suddenly this month our clients are intermittenly not receiving their registration confirmations (autoresponder 1). The pattern seems to be that they register their first child for an activity (autoresponder works), then for their second registration using the same form, autoresponder fails. (however we received the 'notification' e-mail at our end)
What conditions would cause this?
I copied/pasted their e-mail address and it was valid.
I tried registering a fake name using the same form and I was able to replicate the problem. I noticed that the robot question did not appear on the same screen as my form as it usually does. It appeared a few seconds later on a new screen (delay on your site?). When I retried a 2nd time, the autoresponder worked. (confirming it is intermittent) I was guessing a delay on your server maybe? thoughts?

I checked your form that you have provided and did a test submit and I was able to replicate the issue. After submitting for the first time, I did not receive an autoresponder email.
Can you please confirm that the submission is not yet over the limit submissions?

No, the submissions have not been over the limit... not even close. ;-)
Any other ideas?

I cloned your form and sent a couple of test submissions there. So far it looks like I am able to receive all the autoresponders successfully.
I also checked your account email history and it appears that your autoresponders were also sent successfully to their recipients. You can check it out with the help of this link: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If possible, can you please ask your clients if the emails are going to their spambox? If so, please ask them to mark the email as Not Spam to resolve the issue.
