    Billing: Upgraded to Bronze Monthly and Sale Offer discount is not applied

    Hello, I have just upgraded to bronze through the popup Christmas offer but i have still been charge the normal price which is 19$ per month.

    When you downgrade your account back to free so that you can upgrade with the Christmas offer, you need to cancel your Paypal Subscription. Please refer to this guide: How Can I Cancel My PayPal Subscription.

    Why do I have to downgrade? I have upgraded and clicked exactly through the Christmas offer. What would happen differently this time if I downgrade and do the exact same thing again?

    I have checked your current subscription, and I see that you have subscribed to the Bronze Monthly plan. Our sale offer is applicable only to yearly and 2-year subscriptions, as explained in the email you've received about our sale offer.

    As you have subscribed to a monthly plan, there is no discount, because this plan is not on sale.

    If you wanted to subscribe to the yearly package which is on sale, we would have to cancel your existing monthly package first, and switch you back to free status so you can upgrade again with the sale offer.
