Payment form not showing the blue background

Hi I just made a payment form with a blue background, but when I click to look at it, none of the changes are visible, and yes I saved. 

I cloned this form and I can see the blue background. I cleared your form cache and I can see that the blue background is now showing properly. Here's a screenshot:

It shows me the old form with former title...
