How can I make my floating total work on an embedded form?

Asked by CrispCuts on December 20, 2016 at 04:47 PM

The floating total on my forms work when the form is accessed on its own page (mobile or desktop) but when accessed on my website where the form is embedded it no longer floats and just sits stationary.  Is there a fix for this?

    Thanks in advance

This usually happens when there is a conflict between the webpage and Jotform script.

I would advise you to use IFrame script for the form to embed on your site to avoid the conflict. Please follow the instructions provided at https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Hope this helps.
