I received a slanderous email response from someone who was responding anonymously using the jotform.

Is there anyway to determine where that jotform response originated from?  If there is anyway that that can be identified on your end that would be awesome.  Unfortunately I recieved a copy of the jotform from a third party source that and do not have access to the original email at the moment.  If you can let me know if it is possible to locate the starting point of that response I would be very greatful.

I will be looking to get the original jotform request that the response came in on.
