    Hi Villet,

Regarding your query about using the MM/YYYY date format, I checked the provided reference (https://www.jotform.com/help/337-how-to-use-the-date-limits-option/) and, unfortunately, this isn't supported.

Jotform currently doesn't allow the use of the MM/YYYY format in its date fields. However, it supports other various date formats that you might find helpful for your form. You can explore these formats within the Dates limit Options.

    Hello Villet,

There's no option for MM/YY date format in the Date Picker selection. These are the only available formats.

    Hi Villet,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Event though it's not possible to configure the Date Picker element to select offer only the month and year selections, you can use the DatePicker Year Month widget which lets form users select a month and year on your form.

    • In Form Builder, open the Form Elements menu, and go to the Widgets tab.
    • Drag and drop the DatePicker Year Month widget onto your form.
