Why is there now a limit on my account?

    I have had an account with you for awhile now and I have a toltal of I believe 10 forms on my account. Today when I went to add a new form it said that I am only allowed 5 forms? OIt seems a little weird being that i already have 10 forms. What is this about?

    I have checked and you have 8 active forms inside of My Forms folder on your account. Free accounts are limited to 5 forms. Considering that you had 8 forms before we introduced form limit back in September all of your 8 forms were active, but you could not create new forms.

    I also saw that you have upgraded your account to Bronze Plan today. With Bronze plan you can have up to 25 forms. 

    You also have 4 forms inside of Trash folder on your account. Considering that you can now have 25 forms, if needed you can restore those forms.
