The 100 submissions is on a monthly basis. The counter resets every 1st day of the month.
I have checked your email history but I did not find any failed email deliveries. Can you please check your spam folder if in case that the emails you are missing have landed there? Aldo, can you share with us the specific email address which you say you are not receiving emails?

We are sending to these two mail addresses and it looks like that for the last week or so, we receive some and some we don’t..
I just made a test for more than an hour ago, and we have received nothing on the two mails..
