Why is my AT&T e-mail address continuing to be put on the bounce list?

    At least every other time a jot form is submitted our email address is put on the bounce list.  We cannot continue to do this.  I did not receive a response the last time  I submitted this same question.  Please advise.

    It seems that AT&T is rejecting our form email notifications to your email address from time to time, this is why your email address is being added to our bounce list. Here is a link to your previous support thread:


    As suggested, you may try a non-AT&T email or configure a mail forward.

    Alternatively, our best recommendation is to use your own SMTP sender, so that the sending process and bounces will be handled by your email server.
