Can a user go back and change their rating

 Rankings - Best Practices Proposals 2017 

Our users will be using a pdf with links that bring them to the Rankings - Best Practices Proposals forms. 

They will click each link on the pdf to rate each proposal. 

I have been asked if the user can go back and change their ratings? 

Also can they do it in more than one setting. I assume the answer is yes since each proposal from form one is a separate link.

Yes you can allow your users to edit their submissions. To achieve this you will need to set Autoresponder email inside of your form and you will need to add edit link inside of Autoresponder email.
