Cloned form is displaying the old title name

please help me rename my newest form to Monroe Rams Basketball. It is showing the old cloned name of HCF Hockey. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You are probably referring to the Page Title, which can be updated under Settings. Here's how to do it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• Click on Show More Options.
• Scroll down to Page Title.
