I have the shipping section saved, but the option is not included in preview/final order form. What is going on? How can I fix that?

I opened your form using the direct link (https://www.jotform.us/form/63638270197160). Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue. The "Shipping" is working properly. Here's a screen capture:
