Form not sending to email address, another email address tests fine

    We had our domain temporary suspended on Dec 16 and that was the last time we were able to get an email from our form submission.

    It was restarted on Dec 27 and the emails have not started back up.  

    For testing purposes, i added another email address, my personal one, and it goes through.  I just need the original one working again.

    Anything you guys can do to help?  All other emails come through fine to our original email as service is fully restored except jotform.  They are not in the trash or spam either.

    Hello bmanhas,

    I found your email address info@perceptionoptometry.com in the bounce list. This happened because your mail server rejected the email sent by JotForm. Can you check and see if the email account exists?

    I have also removed the email address from the said list so your email alert should be able to send emails to it.
