Where to find encryption password

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us how did you verify your account when you enabled the Form Encryption? As the video explained, there are two ways to verify. Because the encryption will not proceed unless you verify and enter the password for your form encryption.

Unfortunately, only the owner of the form knows the password that was set for the encryption. Even our system is not saving this sensitive data.
