How can I make my form so that it saves data on my ipad (offline)?

I need my form to be able to work offline, allowing multiple people to enter their info on this form template, and have it save each person's data to the ipad/computer, rather than online (won't have wifi access)

Unfortunately it is not possible to save inputs on a form in offline mode. However, you can create a fillable pdf version of your form, save it on your device and send later on when you have access to internet.

Another workaround is to use excel file and then import data to JotForm via import app:
