How do I add value to form items for checkout?

I have 40 or so value I need to add to an ordersheet and a Paypal set up guide.

For your dropdown items and radio buttons, you need to assign calculation values to them, aside from what is currently displaying on the form. Here is a guide on how to add calculation values on to your fields: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

Next, on your form calculation field, set the formula which fields you want to add. Next modify your Paypal field to get the value from the form calculation field. This way every selection made by the user shall be added to the Paypal field.
