The email on my account is an active working email address - I am not sure why it was bounced. I received the October Newsletter and previous communications without a problem. . I have added the jot form email address to my contacts, so hopefully unblock from my end (if that is causing the problem).
Is there a way to try my email address again? I would rather not use my secondary email address, as I do not check it that often. If you need to contact me, and can not use karenkperry@verizon.net then please try karenkperry@gmail.com
2nd issue - I wanted to check the forums about transferring a form between accounts. (i created in my personal free account but want to move to a general club account that will be upgraded). If you can help with this issue as well, that would be great.I appreciate your assistance.
