Conditionally disabling s form field doesn't work when te form is running in the background

Conditionally disabling a Form Field does not work when the form is running in the background such as "Unique ID". Can you fix this?

Are you referring to a form in a different account? If so, can you share with us the username or email address associated with the account you're referring to so that I can check it out? It would also be helpful if you can share the URL of the form.
