We have 2 forms that we are currently utilizing for enrollment applications at our school. We would like the form to send an auto reply to the email address of the person submitting the form with a preset message. I can't seem to find a way to have our form send an auto reply anytime we receive a submission. Is this possible?

Hello Evan, that's possible but since you have a handful of forms and you never mentioned which 2 forms you're currently working with, I'll just provide you our guide on how to set up an Autoresponder.
An Autoresponder is exactly what you're looking for - It will send an email to anyone who submitted the form (provided they entered a proper email address on your form upon submission).

Give it a spin and don't hesitate to get back to us if need more help.

Can you please put me in touch with someone that deals with billing? I
submitted payment but just received notice that our account has been
downgraded. Not sure what is going on.
