Downloaded PDF report looks scrambled

Hi there,

I spent many hours creating a PDf report but even though the PDF design shows the layout in a normal way, when I download the PDF, it is very scrambled and not orderly - please can you help me?

I have checked your account and forms. I have seen that you have a PDF Design Report belongs to your form named "Test 1"

You are able to reset the PDF clicking on the "Reset" button as you can see the screenshot below:

I recommend you Reset the PDF and please try again,

hi, i tried again and still doesnt help.
it is so jumbled up......
please can you have a look at the PDF design and then look at the PDF
preview - something isn't right and i really need to fix this

Please try to download the submission PDFs from the PDF page of the form instead of the PDF report as you can see the screen below:

As you can see all submissions look great on the PDF.

no, it still isnt good. I made a custom PDF which is essential to my form
and even though in the design, it looks fine, when I download it - it is
scrambled - please can you help

I've checked your forms and for the skyclaim form, the layouts are in order and I don't see any issues with it. Here's a screenshot of the image area:

I also don't see an issue with the Test 1 Form.

Would you mind telling us what part of the PDF Design is scrambled? If you can send us screenshot, that would be helpful. You have to access this thread to upload the screenshot. 

thanks. the issue isnt with TEST 1. THe issue is with the custom PDF design
for the SKYCLAIM form.

I have tried downloading the PDF report of your JotForm titled "Skyclaim" and see the PDF report is displaying normally. Please see the screencast below:

Did you reset the PDF design again? Could you try downloading the PDF report from the submissions view and let us know if the report is still scrambled?

I am not sure what was done but I spent many many hours creating a custom

I have checked your forms I could not see your PDF reports, also. You can create them again.

Moreover, If you do not like our PDF designer, you can download the PDF of the form and use an additional PDF Editor in order to edit it.
